Our Inspectors

Our staff has been inspecting homes in Georgia since 1999. We maintain full membership in National and regional professional organizations and abide by the highest levels of Standards of Practice from American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), as well as Georgia Association of Home Inspectors (GAHI), Council of American Building Officials (CABO) and Combination International Code Council (ICC).

Scott HeadshotSenior Inspector, Scott Berlyoung is a nationally certified inspector and holds certifications with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) #206969, Georgia Association of Home Inspectors (GAHI) #99034, CABO and International Code Council (ICC) #5187106-R5 as well as others including Radon testing through the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) #103210RT. He has completed thousands of inspections in the greater Atlanta area since 1999. He is available for group presentations and teaches CE classes for realtors and builders alike on a variety of topics including new construction and class action products. Scott has a degree in management, and has worked in the property maintenance fields. He lives in Alpharetta with his family and “Jack”, the radon dog.

Eric HeadshotEric Glick is a municipal building inspector, available nights and weekends for phase and new building construction consulting and inspections. He holds International Code Council (ICC) residential certifications as a building, plumbing, electrical and mechanical inspector. ICC membership #5277740. Eric is retired from the United States Air Force and worked in the marketing/advertising and recruiting fields. He lives in Johns Creek with his family and “Bailey”, the foundation dog.
